How to Order
The
four tapes in this series offer guided meditation exercises created
to help you cope more effectively with the inevitable stresses of
everyday life. In addition, the tapes present techniques and approaches
that can support and increase a sense of present-day mastery and
competence. Some of the tapes pose questions that invite you to
connect with resources and capacities in yourself that contain fears,
talents, blocks, and wishes that you need to bring into a more ongoing
sense of conscious awareness. This allows you to experience greater
psychological wholeness and well-being. At the same time, other
meditations and exercises emphasize how to recenter yourself when
you are triggered into over-reactive or overwhelming responses.
These
tapes emphasize the innate capacity in you for developing a state
of mind characterized by equanimity and a sense of curiosity, and
for effectively recentering yourself when life presents you with
challenges. Learning to live "mindfully" in the present moment with
full awareness offers an opportunity for you to learn how to move
through feelings, thoughts, sensations, and impulses in new ways
. . . with increased internal equilibrium and resilience. This can
help you discover how living mindfully brings each moment alive
in a new and vibrant way. You can also connect with your optimal
future self and have an opportunity to discover how you will think,
feel, and respond when you have achieved the goals you seek.

Tape 1) Sky Consciousness
On this tape, you can learn a kind of mindfulness meditation that
teaches you to allow thoughts, feelings, sensations, and impulses
to move through you as easily as clouds move through the sky. By developing
the capacity to shift to a spacious state of mind, your ability to
recenter yourself, find the humor in difficult situations, and exercise
a greater sense of internal equilibrium is greatly enhanced.

2) Compassion and Lovingkindness
Here, you can experience the opening your heart as your explore
the powerful process of offering compassion to yourself and others.
Then, through a practice of lovingkindness, wish yourself well and

and safety in the world, and allows you to move through suffering
with greater ease.

to discover the true source of supply, the availability of whatever
you seek.

4) Saying 'Yes' to Your Future
Here, you explore and release rules and prohibitions from the
past that may have held you back or prevented you from achieving
all you have the capacity to create in your life. Leave behind old
loyalties and messages from the past and give yourself permission
to blossom. Access your optimal future self, the part of you that
has expressed your inherent talent and potential. Then, say 'yes'
to this self, to all that you have the potential to be.
